Who We Are
Till Christ Returns Outreach Ministries (TCR) is a faith-based non-profit organization made up of believers who strive to live out the principle found in Luke 19:13, “Occupy till I come.” Two facts should motivate believers to outreach: the Lord’s return is imminent, and the world is in dire need of a Savior. TCR was started in an effort to reach a lost world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to build up the body of Christ until He returns. TCR pursues this mission through five primary program areas: Curriculum Development & Distribution, Children’s Outreach Events, Community Outreach Programs, Ministry to the Homeless and Less Privileged, and an Online Ministry and Media Outreach
Curriculum Development & Distribution
Biblically-based Sunday school and Vacation Bible School (VBS) curriculum for use by assemblies and ministries have been created and published. The curriculum will be sold online and in physical form, and all proceeds are reinvested into the organization’s outreach efforts. These materials are designed to be affordable, doctrinally sound, and engaging for children and youth.
The Lord has provided some printing equipment and we plan to open a small print shop and look to the Lord to provide additional equipment. Three Sunday School packets and one VBS packet are ready for print. More things are being prepared for print:
-
two more Sunday School packets
-
another VBS packet
-
a 2026 daily devotional for children.
Children’s Outreach Events
Local outreach programs, including VBS events, community fun days, and Bible clubs are coming up! Events are focused on evangelism, character-building, and providing a safe, uplifting environment for children. Volunteers are welcome to help with these events if the Lord has placed it on your heart.
Community Outreach Programs
This year the first “men’s recharge” was held over memorial day weekend. The Lord blessed with around 40 in attendance and an encouraging time in God’s Word discussing the topic “the men we need.” Next year, we prayerfully intend to host a young people’s all-nighter, a marriage conference, the men’s recharge and a Thanksgiving dinner.

More outreach events are being planned for different age groups, including:
-
youth retreats
-
conferences
-
family enrichment
-
Bible studies
These gatherings are focused on spiritual growth, fellowship, and community building.
Ministry to the Homeless and Less Privileged
Lord willing, we will partner with local churches, shelters, and other non-profits to offer practical help and spiritual support to those in need through the following:
-
distribution of meals
-
clothing
-
hygiene items
-
temporary lodging or referrals
Looking towards the future, we are prayerfully planning on opening a mission in Danville, Illinois. This exercise may include:
-
temporary housing
-
a soup kitchen
-
a food pantry
-
a health clinic
-
an event center
-
literature and life skills classes
Online Ministry and Media Outreach
It is also our exercise to maintain an online presence through a Christian podcast, blog, and social media platforms. These channels will used to encourage believers, share biblical teachings, and promote our events and resources.
